Ads and Picture Fees

The studio will be open 11:30 -2:00 pm.
Contest ends at 2:00 p.m.
Pictures for the program will be taken April 8, 9, 22, 23.
This service is available only for students having their picture in the program.
No extra photographs will be taken.
Picture appointments may be scheduled in person at the studio
Saturday, March 25 from 11:30-2:00
or during Costume Week.
No appointments will be scheduled by phone.

CODS welcomes to our faculty Lauren Guynes
|Lauren Guynes is a dancer and choreographer from the small town of Terry, MS. In 2013, Lauren received her Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Dance Performance and Choreography from the University of Southern Mississippi. During her time at Southern Miss, she performed with the USM Repertory Dance Company. She had the privilege of working with student and faculty choreographers, as well as guest artists such as InSpirit, Glen Me…ynardie, Ririe-Woodbury Dance Company and ClancyWorks Dance Company. After graduation, she had the opportunity to perform as a guest artist with Hattiesburg’s Hub Dance Collective. She then moved to New York City where she had an internship with WHITE WAVE Young Soon Kim Dance Company. During her time in New York, she performed the work of Kelly Ferris-Lester at the 2014 Brockport Alumni Concert and the 2014 DUMBO Dance Festival. Lauren then relocated to Mobile, AL in 2015 where she began teaching dance for all levels at Gulf Coast Dance Alliance. She has since been a guest choreographer for numerous dance programs in Mississippi, Alabama, and Louisiana, as well as performing alongside Hub Dance Collective in the 2015 Chicago Harvest Dance Festival. Most recently, Lauren has joined the Marigny Opera Ballet in New Orleans. She is excited to start this new chapter of her career in performance, as well as sharing her love of dance through teaching.|

the GLOW ROOM…Celebrate your Birthday with us!
Parties at THE GLOW ROOM are a fabulous way to celebrate a birthday or other special occasion! We take your event to the next level with our GLOW ROOM! The lights are off, the disco ball is turning, the BLACK LIGHTS are on while your party guests dance to our awesome music, play organized games with our friendly staff, and light up the room with glow accessories!
Before all the GLOW fun begins, party guests will enjoy food and drink and prepare their glow accessories in our Party Room. The lights will be on in our Party Room. The Party Room will be set up with tables and basic accessories. You can bring in your own birthday décor and make it your own! After 45 minutes in our Party Room, your party will be moved into our GLOW ROOM, the excitement and amazement will not be contained once THE GLOW ROOM door opens! The last 30 minutes of the party will be in the Party Room singing Happy Birthday and enjoying cake and ice cream.
Our parties are like no other in the area. We offer a unique experience that is organized, safe and fun. You and your party guests will never have to share our venue with ANY other party. When you party with us, all of our attention is on you! Our staff is pure perfection and wants to make your party easy, effortless, fun and fabulous! As part of the CODS 30 year celebration, Miss Cindy’s dance teacher, Miss Ann Maucele, was invited to attend the revue. It was a “secret” until the finale, when Miss Ann came to the stage for a presentation.
Our dance teachers will always hold a special place in our hearts!
Musical Theatre Class
This exciting class will cover all the aspects of the Broadway stage….including stage directions, acting, singing and dancing.
Students will be taught auditioning techniques that will prepare them to venture into community theater. Students will become more confident, well-rounded performers.
